Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the radio accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all clips, antennas, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
